Ben jij een technische specialist met een passie voor onderhoud, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering? Wil je een sleutelrol spelen binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en technische optimalisatie centraal staan? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Technisch Verantwoordelijke Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de installaties binnen jouw afdeling. Je analyseert technische storingen, werkt preventieve onderhoudsstrategieën uit en coördineert onderhoudswerken om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken. Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan technische verbeterprojecten en draag je bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van technische installaties binnen jouw werkgebied.
  • Analyseren van storingen en achterhalen van de grondoorzaken.
  • Uitwerken, beheren en verbeteren van preventieve en predictieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van geplande onderhoudswerken.
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeterprojecten en modernisaties.
  • Bewaken en verbeteren van de technische veiligheid van machines en installaties.
  • Toezien op veilige werkmethodes tijdens onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Samenwerken met onderhoudstechniekers, reliability engineers en productie.
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudskosten en bijdragen aan een efficiënte inzet van middelen.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van onderhoudsactiviteiten en verbeteracties.
  • Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica
  • Ervaring binnen onderhoud of technische ondersteuning in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Sterke kennis van elektriciteit en elektromechanische installaties.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in het oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Ervaring met preventief en predictief onderhoud.
  • Je werkt planmatig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met courante PC-toepassingen en onderhoudssystemen.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
