In België stelt het bedrijf ongeveer 1.000 werknemers tewerk en realiseert het een omzet van 650 miljoen euro.

Wegens een interne verschuiving is men voor de site in regio Mechelen op zoek naar een Technisch Verantwoordelijke die graag carrière wil maken in een hoogtechnologisch bedrijf met een no-nonsense cultuur, waar zowel persoonlijke groei als het welzijn van de medewerkers centraal staan.

Jouw taken:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en het optimaal functioneren van de installaties in de afdeling.
  • Uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en continu verbeteren van de onderhoudsstrategie, met focus op preventief en predictief onderhoud en het implementeren van technische modificaties.
  • Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van het preventief onderhoudsplan in samenwerking met de Reliability Engineer.
  • Verbeteren en borgen van de technische veiligheid van de machines en instaan voor veilige werkmethodes tijdens onderhoudswerken.
  • Organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van geplande onderhoudswerken, met aandacht voor een optimale kostenbeheersing.
  • Actief meewerken aan technische projecten binnen het bedrijf en rapporteren over de resultaten en voortgang aan de Maintenance Manager.
  • Master industrieel ingenieur of bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of een aanverwante richting.
  • Minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als Technisch Verantwoordelijke of Maintenance Engineer binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Een brede technische interesse en een sterke drive om voortdurend bij te leren.
  • Planmatig en oplossingsgericht, met een sterk vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Sterk in organiseren en communiceren en vlot in het samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders.
