Werk jij graag met techniek en mensen, maar zoek je vooral een functie waarin je op een rustige en zelfstandige manier verantwoordelijkheid kan nemen? Als technisch verantwoordelijke montage zorg je ervoor dat onze techniekers op verschillende werven hun werk goed en veilig kunnen uitvoeren. Je houdt overzicht over de planning, bewaakt de kwaliteit en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team. Je hoeft daarbij niet voortdurend op de voorgrond te staan. We zoeken iemand die duidelijkheid brengt, afspraken opvolgt en collega's ondersteunt. Iemand die graag ziet dat een technische installatie van begin tot einde goed wordt uitgevoerd en trots kan zijn op het concrete resultaat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt van de planning een praktische werkverdeling voor de verschillende montageploegen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt en beschikken over de nodige informatie.
  • Je bezoekt regelmatig de werven en kijkt mee naar de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je controleert of de montage technisch correct en volgens de gemaakte afspraken verloopt.
  • Wanneer er op een werf iets verandert, zoek je samen met de betrokken collega's naar een haalbare oplossing.
  • Je houdt de communicatie tussen de werf, klanten en collega's op kantoor overzichtelijk.
  • Je volgt opmerkingen, technische problemen en garantievragen op tot ze opgelost zijn.
  • Je ondersteunt nieuwe collega's zodat zij hun weg vinden binnen het team en de werking.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe montagewerken efficiënter, veiliger en aangenamer kunnen worden georganiseerd.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een groeiende technische organisatie met een hecht team van momenteel acht techniekers. Je wisselt je tijd af tussen de werven en het kantoor, waardoor je dicht bij de techniek en je collega's blijft. Je krijgt duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en veel vrijheid om je werk te organiseren. Je hoeft het niet alleen te doen: samenwerking en rechtstreeks overleg staan centraal. Omdat het team verder groeit, krijg je bovendien de kans om mee te bouwen aan de werking en op termijn door te groeien richting projectleider.

  • Je hebt een bachelor elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan binnen een technische, industriële of elektromechanische omgeving.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een rijbewijs B.
