Intro

Voor een groeiende industriële productieomgeving in regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Verantwoordelijke die zowel het technische team aanstuurt als technische projecten en investeringen opvolgt.

De organisatie investeert sterk in nieuwe machines, productielijnen en verdere automatisering. Jij krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een technisch team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe én bestaande installaties optimaal blijven functioneren.

Je combineert leidinggeven, technische expertise en projectopvolging met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

Jobomschrijving

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 10 techniekers en elektromechanici aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke planning, opvolging en technische ondersteuning.
  • Je leidt technische projecten rond nieuwe machines, productielijnen en verpakkingsinstallaties, van voorbereiding tot opstart en optimalisatie.
  • Je bewaakt de technische betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud en interventies efficiënt worden georganiseerd.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende technische problemen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen op vlak van mechanica, elektriciteit en automatisatie.
  • Je werkt mee aan technische investeringen, bespreekt oplossingen met leveranciers en beoordeelt offertes vanuit technisch oogpunt.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen techniek, productie en externe partners en bewaakt de voortgang van technische werkzaamheden.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica, Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica of hebt door relevante ervaring een gelijkwaardig technisch niveau opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis van elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica en automatisatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coachen van technische medewerkers.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technische projecten, machine-installaties, onderhoud of verbeteringsprojecten binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Je bent technisch sterk, analytisch en oplossingsgericht, maar blijft tegelijk graag betrokken bij wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt.
  • Ervaring binnen voeding of een andere sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
