Technisch Verkoopadviseur Motorentechniek Locatie: Schijndel (38 uur) Werk je momenteel in een automaterialenzaak, magazijn, dealerbedrijf of werkplaats? En ben je toe aan meer uitdaging, meer verantwoordelijkheid en meer techniek? Bij Brus Motors help je onze klanten door heel Europa aan de juiste motor, transmissie of het juiste onderdeel. Je lost technisch complexe vraagstukken op, werkt samen met een enthousiast team en hebt iedere dag contact met klanten uit binnen- en buitenland. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Iedere aanvraag is anders en iedere oplossing vraagt om technisch inzicht, commercieel denken en een nauwkeurige werkwijze. Jouw werkdag Om 08:00 uur start je samen met je collega's de dag. Al snel komen de eerste aanvragen binnen via telefoon, e-mail, de webshop en verschillende online verkoopplatformen. De ene klant zoekt een gebruikte motor voor een Mercedes Sprinter, terwijl een andere garage in Italië advies vraagt over een nieuwe Iveco-motor. Je controleert chassisnummers, motorcodes en technische gegevens in Partslink24, TecDoc en andere datasystemen. Vervolgens zoek je de juiste motor of het juiste onderdeel uit onze voorraad van duizenden producten. Je stelt een passende offerte op en begeleidt de aanvraag van begin tot eind. Tussendoor beantwoord je vragen over lopende orders, help je klanten aan de balie en overleg je met collega's van de revisieafdeling, het magazijn en transport. Ook behandel je service- en garantieaanvragen en denk je actief mee over hoe processen slimmer, sneller en beter kunnen. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk. Je bent niet alleen verkoper, maar ook technisch adviseur, probleemoplosser en een belangrijke schakel binnen ons bedrijf.
