Ben jij een geboren verkoper met een passie voor technologie? Voor onze winkel Fnac Leuven zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Technische Verkoper die klanten met kennis, overtuigingskracht en een glimlach begeleidt naar de beste aankoop.

Jouw uitdaging: Als Technische Verkoper ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met technologie te maken heeft. Van laptops en smartphones tot audio, gaming en accessoires: jij weet klanten te adviseren op basis van hun behoeften én weet hen te overtuigen van de juiste oplossing. Je combineert technische kennis met een commerciële mindset en haalt energie uit het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat elke bezoeker de winkel tevreden verlaat.

Wat ga je doen?

Klanten professioneel adviseren over ons technisch assortiment.

  • De behoeften van de klant analyseren en vertalen naar de juiste producten en oplossingen.
  • Actief verkopen en commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen.

Cross-selling en upselling toepassen waar relevant.

  • Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen.
  • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie van de afdeling.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de beste winkelervaring te bieden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een rasechte verkoper en krijgt energie van klantencontact.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met technologie en volgt de nieuwste trends op de voet.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht.

Je communiceert vlot en weet klanten op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen.

  • Je luistert actief naar de klant en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je bent enthousiast, positief en een echte teamspeler.

Ervaring in retail of verkoop is een plus, maar jouw commerciële talent en passie maken het verschil.
