Binnen deze organisatie in regio Gent draait alles rond teamwork, snelheid en een goed georganiseerde werkplaats. Om de dagelijkse werking verder te versterken, zoeken we een Technisch Supervisor die als rechterhand van de teamleader en ploegleiders het overzicht bewaart, collega’s ondersteunt én zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse planning zodat onderhoud, herstellingen en dringende interventies vlot op elkaar afgestemd blijven
  • Technische prioriteiten bepaal je op basis van diagnoses, urgenties en de impact op de operationele werking
  • Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en mecaniciens bij technische vragen, defecten en praktische ondersteuning
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit, volledigheid en correcte registratie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden binnen het atelier
  • Tot slot zorg je voor de opvolging van schadegevallen, bestellingen en het magazijnbeheer binnen de werkplaats
  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor (automechanica, autotechnieken of elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je een hands-on ingesteldheid waarbij zelf mee sleutelen en aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer vanzelfsprekend aanvoelt
  • Tot slot combineer je sterke technische kennis met organisatorisch inzicht en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak
