Voor een stabiel voedingsbedrijf in de regio Deinze zoeken we een werkvoorbereider voor de technische dienst die de brug vormt tussen administratie, techniek en veiligheid.

Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving met moderne installaties, waar efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Dit bedrijf met internationale klanten en meer dan 100 medewerkers zet in op duurzame groei, opleiding en collegialiteit.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werkvoorbereider zorg je voor een strakke werkplanning en een vlotte voorbereiding van technische opdrachten, zowel voor eigen techniekers als externe firma’s
  • Je stemt vlot af met andere afdelingen en zorgt dat alle onderdelen, tools en materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Bestellingen van wisselstukken en diensten beheer jij van aanvraag tot levering, steeds in nauw contact met leveranciers
  • In het onderhoudssysteem registreer je alle werkzaamheden correct en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de ingevoerde data
  • Voor elke geplande ingreep stel jij de juiste vergunningen en toelatingen op in lijn met de veiligheids-, milieu- en gezondheidsvoorschriften
  • Idealiter heb je ervaring als werkvoorbereider of technieker in een technische omgeving
  • Een achtergrond in onderhoudstechniek? Dat geeft je een sterke troef!
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, en basiskennis Frans en Engels zijn vereist om vlot te communiceren en je bent administratief sterk
