Technisch werkvoorbereider Bij IP Care zoeken we iemand die ervoor zorgt dat projecten soepel en voorspelbaar verlopen. Een schakel tussen klant, projectleiding, leveranciers en onze technici. Iemand dankzij wie alles klaarstaat voordat de engineers starten en die ervoor zorgt dat de klant precies weet waar hij aan toe is. Kortom: wij zoeken een Technisch Werkvoorbereider. Techniek met betekenis, dat is waar het bij IP Care om draait. Wij zorgen dat zorgmedewerkers hun werk goed kunnen doen. Als Technisch Werkvoorbereider speel jij daarin een sleutelrol: jij zorgt dat onze technische projecten soepel verlopen, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Jij houdt overzicht over alle stappen in het proces. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen onze engineers direct aan de slag en weet de klant altijd wat te verwachten. Dit ga je doen: - Je zorgt dat de juiste materialen en tekeningen klaarstaan. - Je plant werkzaamheden in en houdt contact met leveranciers en zorglocaties. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en denkt vooruit: wat hebben we straks nodig? - Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij calculaties, offertes en verbeteringen. - En bovenal: je zorgt dat techniek werkt voor mensen. Dit ben jij: - Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-achtergrond in techniek (bijv. elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar). - Je hebt ervaring als werkvoorbereider, planner of in een uitvoerend/technisch coördinerende rol. - Je houdt van overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en communiceert helder met collega's en klanten. - Je bent bekend met projectmatig werken; je denkt vooruit en schakelt snel. - Je hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met zorgomgevingen of zorgdomotica, maar motivatie en eigenaarschap vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Dit mag je van ons verwachten: - Een betekenisvolle functie op het snijvlak van zorg en techniek. - Een nuchter, betrokken team met korte lijnen en back-up wanneer je die nodig hebt. - Ruimte om te groeien: in de praktijk en door passen...
