In deze rol als Technisch Werkvoorbereider krijg je de kans om een sleutelpositie op te nemen binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket:

Werkvoorbereiding en calculatie

  • Opstellen van technische calculaties en kostprijsberekeningen op basis van materiaal, bewerkingen en werkuren
  • Uitwerken van duidelijke werkfiches en productiedossiers
  • Bepalen van grondstoffen, bewerkingen en productietijden
  • Opvragen en analyseren van prijzen bij leveranciers
  • Afstemmen met productie over haalbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid

Productie & procesopvolging

  • Zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht van dossiers naar productie en klantendienst
  • Bewaken van doorlooptijden, wijzigingen en openstaande acties
  • Ondersteunen bij nacalculaties en vergelijken met offertes
  • Detecteren van optimalisaties en efficiëntiewinsten in het productieproces
  • Meewerken aan automatisering van terugkerende berekeningen en processen

ERP & administratie

  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van masterdata in het ERP-systeem
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor ERP- en productiedata
  • Zorgen voor correcte en actuele technische documentatie
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en verbetertrajecten

Samenwerking en communicatie

  • Nauwe samenwerking met productie, klantendienst, planning, supply chain en kwaliteit
  • Ondersteunen van sales bij technische vragen en offertes
  • Afstemmen met productie bij nieuwe producten of proceswijzigingen
  • Aansturen en coachen van een technisch tekenaar
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte orderflow binnen de organisatie
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur met ervaring in de houtsector
  • Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, calculatie en/of productieomgevingen
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken en procesmatig werken
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen (Navision is een pluspunt) en kennis van IMOS
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen
  • Je bent leergierig en volgt nieuwe technieken, materialen en systemen actief op
