De functie inhoud Als Technisch werkvoorbereider in Nazareth neem je deze taken op jou:

  • Je verzorgt de planning van onderhoudswerken op basis van urgentie, voor zowel interne techniekers als externe partijen.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking met andere afdelingen en zorgt dat alle onderdelen klaar liggen.
  • Het plaatsen van bestellingen voor materialen en diensten, én het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, hoort ook bij jouw rol.
  • Je verwerkt alle onderhoudstaken in het softwaresysteem en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de ingevoerde data.
  • Je stelt veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuvergunningen op ter voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden.
  • Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met verantwoordelijken van verschillende diensten.
