Dan is deze functie als Technisch Werkvoorbereider iets voor jou. Dit ga je doen Als Technisch Werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoud en reparaties aan de sorteerinstallaties goed worden voorbereid en gepland. Jij bent de schakel tussen de productie, technische dienst en externe leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Zo help je om stilstand zoveel mogelijk te beperken en blijven de recyclinginstallaties veilig en betrouwbaar draaien. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Plannen en voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met operators, productieleiding en externe leveranciers. - Bewaken van de planning rondom onderhoud en reparaties. - Begeleiden van werkzaamheden tijdens onderhoudsstops. - Toezicht houden op de veiligheid en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden. - Meedenken over verbeteringen aan installaties en processen. Je krijgt binnen deze functie veel vrijheid om technische vraagstukken en projecten uit te werken tot een concreet plan. Daarbij verzamel je informatie vanuit verschillende afdelingen en weet je snel te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden.
