Functie

Door jouw voorbereiding en planning loopt alles in onze onderhoudsafdeling dagdagelijks op rolletjes. Je focus ligt hierbij op preventieve en planmatige onderhoudsorders.

Je staat in voor werkvoorbereiding en nazorg. Alle administratieve verwerking gebeurt in SAP.

Werkvoorbereiding

  • Je zorgt dat de werken veilig en efficiënt worden ingepland
  • Je bereidt werkvergunningen voor
  • Je legt materiaal, materieel en uitvoerders vast in opdrachten en raamt de werkuren
  • Je bepaalt de uitvoeringsvolgorde van de taken binnen een werkopdracht/werkorder
  • Je zorgt dat alle materiaal, wisselstukken,… besteld zijn en klaar staan voor geplande onderhoudsmomenten, dit obv de afspraken die worden gemaakt in de planningsvergadering
  • Je stemt af met de aankoper en magazijnier over levertijden en beschikbaarheden van materiaal
  • Je maakt samen met de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke en teamleader de onderhoudsplanning op

Nazorg

  • Je rapporteert correct de uren, materialen, materieel en methodieken
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de orders worden afgesloten, kijkt of er vervolgorders nodig zijn en deelt feedback over de uitgevoerde werkorders

Je draagt het veiligheidsbeleid actief mee uit binnen onze organisatie.

Profiel

  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker en hebt een goede inhoudelijke en praktische technische kennis, je hebt bij voorkeur een elektromechanische achtergrond.
  • Je kan overweg met SAP, MS office (Word, Excel) of bent bereid dit op korte termijn aan te leren.
  • Je bent communicatief vlot en je spreekt anderen makkelijk aan.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, steeds bereid kennis en info over te dragen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, maar kan ook vlot schakelen.
  • Je streeft naar continue verbetering en efficiëntie.
  • Je woont in de omgeving van Kortemark
  • Je werkt in de dagshift van 8u tem 16u06 en op vrijdag van 7u tem 15u06
  • Ons basisproduct is klei en je voelt je goed in een ruwere werkomgeving.
