Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste werkvoorbereider, "Line Maintenance Planner" die verantwoordelijk is voor het plannen en voorbereiden van preventief onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan onze machines en installaties.

Als Line Maintenance Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van onderhoudsplannen, het bestellen van materialen en het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met de technische dienst - maintenance afdeling. Daarnaast zorg je voor een goede documentatie en registratie van het uitgevoerde onderhoud.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn drieledig:

Voorbereiden van de werkzaamheden

  • Het opmaken en laten uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudsschema’s door de techniekers
  • Technische aankoop van onderdelen en materiaal (stock bijhouden en tijdig specifieke onderdelen bestellen)
  • Een exacte kostcalculatie is hier een belangrijk onderdeel!
  • Contact onderhouden met externe firma’s en hen op de hoogte stellen van de planning
  • Regelmatig overleg met productie, leveranciers, maintenance en de techniekers
  • Conditioning monitoring

Preventief en analytisch redeneren

  • Vastgestelde onregelmatigheden signaleren en beoordelen ter preventie
  • Werkzaamheden analyseren via het onderhoudssysteem en waar nodig optimaliseren en bijsturen
  • Alles afstemmen op bedrijfs-, milieu-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften + erop toezien dat deze nageleefd worden

Technische ondersteuning bieden aan de techniekers

  • Lokaliseren van storingen en de juiste diagnose stellen
  • Grote onderhoudswerkzaamheden begeleiden en ondersteunen

Profiel

  • Een bachelor diploma in een technische richting of je hebt technische kennis en inzichten opgebouwd via minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring;
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis Engels (kennis Frans is een pluspunt);
  • Een doorgedreven kennis van (elektro)mechanica;
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en administratief/planmatig sterk zijn;
  • Voldoende ervaring met en kennis van het MS Office pakket en algemene interesse in softwarepakketten (SAP, AutoCAD);
  • Stressbestendig ingesteld zijn en als teamplayer medewerkers kunnen motiveren;
  • Goed en correct kunnen communiceren
