Je komt terecht bij een internationaal actief productiebedrijf in de regio Roeselare dat gespecialiseerd is in hoogwaardige oplossingen voor de automotive- en metaalsector. Het bedrijf beheert het volledige productieproces in eigen huis, van ontwerp en engineering tot het afgewerkte eindproduct. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een technisch werkvoorbereider die een belangrijke schakel wil vormen tussen engineering en productie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning van de productie-afdelingen efficiënt en realistisch opgesteld wordt
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken op de werkvloer en stemt de planning continu met hen af
  • Je maakt leverschema’s en proceskaarten op die helder en praktisch bruikbaar zijn voor iedereen
  • Je houdt de capaciteit van de verschillende werkplaatsen in de gaten en speelt proactief in op mogelijke bottlenecks
  • Analyse van productieprocessen en bewerkingsvolgordes vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je taak
  • Je grijpt snel en doeltreffend in bij problemen en zoekt samen met de betrokken chefs naar een werkbare oplossing
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in de productieafdelingen om daar hands-on mee te denken en mee te sturen
  • Je genoot een technische opleiding of beschikt over aantoonbare technische affiniteit
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige planningsrol of productieomgeving
  • Kennis van metaalconstructie of ervaring binnen de metaalsector is een belangrijk pluspunt
