Als Serviceplanner coördineer je zowel de ad-hoc planning bij storingen als de onderhoudsplanning op lange termijn. Je bent de schakel tussen monteurs en klanten voornamelijk binnen de Benelux en zorgt voor direct klant- en leverancierscontact. Met jouw gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze stem je klantwensen, capaciteit en levertijden effectief op elkaar af. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de andere afdelingen en houd je toezicht op het voorraadbeheer, zodat de benodigde onderdelen altijd beschikbaar zijn.
