En vandaag? Vandaag kijken we samen met één van onze klanten uit naar een Technische Aankoper voor een project binnen de energiesector.

Als Technische Aankoper werk je mee aan de aankoopstrategie voor strategische elektrische apparatuur binnen een internationale energieomgeving. Je volgt het volledige aankoopproces op: van markt- en leveranciersanalyse en het bepalen van de aankoopstrategie tot onderhandelingen en contractondertekening.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is het organiseren en uitvoeren van Europese aanbestedingsprocedures. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met technische afdelingen en asset management om toekomstige behoeften te vertalen naar een aankoopplan op middellange en lange termijn.

Je werkt vanuit Brussel, met de mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk van thuis uit te werken. Enkele keren per jaar reis je naar Berlijn voor overleg met internationale stakeholders.

Deze opportuniteit is interessant voor een Technische Aankoper die:

  • Een masterdiploma heeft in een technische of ingenieursrichting, of een economische opleiding combineert met relevante technische ervaring
  • Bij voorkeur 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring heeft binnen een technische omgeving, publieke aanbestedingen of projectmanagement
  • Ervaring heeft met Europese aanbestedingsprocedures en/of strategische aankoop
  • Affiniteit heeft met contractonderhandelingen en juridische terminologie
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheerst, waarvan één taal op moedertaalniveau en de andere twee op minimaal C1-niveau
  • Vlot werkt met Microsoft Office; kennis van Ariba is een pluspunt
  • Bereid is om enkele keren per jaar naar Berlijn te reizen; kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt
