Ihre Aufgaben: * Sie optimieren den laufenden Betrieb unserer Immobilien nach ökologischen Kriterien (Energieeffizienz, Ressourcenschonung, CO 2 Reduktion) und setzen nachhaltige Standards um * Planung, Steuerung, Durchführung, Optimierung und Überwachung aller relevanten Prozesse in der Organisationseinheit und Gewährleistung einer wirtschaftlichen und rechtskonformen Verwaltung von Anlagen und Gebäuden * erstellen und prüfen die jährlichen Betriebskostenabrechnungen für Eigentümer und Mieter und decken durch gezieltes Energiemanagement Einsparpotenziale auf * Dokumenten Management (Baupläne, Behördenbescheide * planen, koordinieren und überwachen kleinerer Sanierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen. Dabei agieren Sie als kompetente Schnittstelle zu Eigentümer, Leitung Facility Management, Architekten, Behörden, und externen Professionisten * Sie führen einfache Planänderungen und Bestandsdarstellungen eigenständig mittel s CAD Software durch und halten unsere Gebäudedaten aktuell

Ihre Kompetenzen: * Sie haben einen Bezug zur Baubranche idealerweise mit abgeschlossenem technischem oder kaufmännischem Studium (FH/Uni) oder HTL Matura mit Schwerpunkt Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Gebäudetechnik * Ihre CAD Kenntnisse sind aktuell und Sie sind mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen vertraut * Großes Interesse oder erste Erfahrung im Bereich des ökologischen Bauens und der Energieeffizienz (Zertifizierun gen wie ÖGNI/DGNB von Vorteil) * Sie sind kommunikationsstark, arbeiten strukturiert, sind verhandlungssicher im Umgang mit Gewerken, arbeiten zahlenaffin und bringen ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick mit * logisches Denken und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus * Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement * Sie sind teamfähig, verlässlich und engagiert
