Are you ready? Because we are looking for an Engineer ! Your MINDSET: - A team player with a good portion of personality; - Someone who is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves with a hands-on mentality; - There are never problems, only challenges; - Maintenance, painting, AV check-ups, technical issues: nothing is too crazy for you; - The to-go-to person that assists in making the guests' stay a personalized and memorable one. What does the ROLE entail? - Provide a courteous and professional service at all times; - Handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up; - Carry out and complete all maintenance work/requests according to the established schedule and ensure high quality of finishing work; - Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work. - Resolving technical issues in hotel rooms and public areas. - Checking and maintaining technical systems. - Identifying areas for improvement and contributing ideas for solutions. - Collaborating with colleagues and external suppliers. - Operate assigned machines/equipment to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations; - Avoid unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes; - Perform repairs of all furniture and furnishings; - Carry out all painting related maintenance rela...
