The posting

In de functie als technische dienst monteur zoeken wij in het team van 9 medewerkers een nieuwe versterking. Met de TD afdeling zorg jij er samen voor dat alle (onderhouds)werkzaamheden uitgevoerd worden aan de machines en installaties. Je werkt direct samen met de afdelingen: productie, laboratorium en het magazijn.

Als technische dienst monteur werk je aan onze geautomatiseerde lijn. Van grondstof tot aan inpak, is alles geautomatiseerd. Bij het verplaatsen naar het magazijn komen er pas handjes aan te pas.

De werkzaamheden bestaan dan ook uit:

- Het uitvoeren van (onderhouds)werkzaamheden aan alle machines en installaties; - Je verhelpt en voorkomt in de toekomst storingen aan het volledige machinepark. Alle facetten kan je meepakken: pneumatisch, hydraulisch, elektrische en mechanisch vlak; - Je schakelt externe partijen in wanneer nodig (denk hierbij aan leveranciers van het machinepark); - Het onderhoud van alle machines wordt door onze monteurs digitaal bijgehouden; - Je denkt na over verbeteringen met betrekking tot processen en installaties, wij willen graag input van onze monteurs om te kunnen verbeteren.

Dit alles gebeurd in een klassiek 5 ploegensysteem: 2 ochtenddiensten, 2 middagdiensten en 2 nachtdiensten met daaropvolgend 4 dagen vrij. Met officiële feestdagen in Nederland zijn ze normaliter dicht, maar kan je tegen goede toeslagen besluiten om te werken. De werkomgeving is erg schoon.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die voldoet aan het volgende profiel:

- Een aantal jaar werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar voor iemand met het juiste papiertje maar geen ervaring staan we ook open; - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding richting WTB / Mechatronica / etc. - Je hebt kennis van PLC techniek (Siemens) of wil je hier graag verder in ontwikkelen. Veel ervaring in de elektronica kant is een grote pré; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; - Je wil jezelf graag ontwikkelen en vind het leuk om opleidingen en cursusse
