* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf ihres Produktionsprozesses

* Einstell- und Rüst-Tätigkeiten an Produktionsanlagen

* Überwachung der Qualität, der Ausbringung und der Vorgaben

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Produktionsprozesses

* Qualifikation und Motivation der zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter/innen

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit LAP (Elektriker_in, KFZ-Techniker_in, Schlosser_in, Metalltechniker_in)

* Zielorientierte, strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute PC- und MS Office Kenntnisse

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung durch interne und externe Schulungen

* Schichtbereitschaft (3-Schichtbetrieb)

* Führerschein B und eigenes Auto

* Faire Entlohnung: Dein Monatsgehalt beträgt nach 5 Jahren Erfahrung als technische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in etwa 2443,63€ netto/Monat PLUS Schichtzulagen, 13. und 14. Gehalt. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
