Al jarenlang staan zij gekend om hun technische expertise, klantgerichte aanpak en kwalitatieve oplossingen voor installateurs, groothandels en professionele klanten. Vanuit hun vestiging in de regio Herentals werken ze met een enthousiast en hecht team aan uitdagende projecten rond ventilatie, vloerverwarming, waterleidingsystemen en andere installatietechnieken.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Binnendienst Medewerker Technieken ben je de schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Je combineert technische kennis met een commerciële en administratieve aanpak en volgt projecten zelfstandig op van A tot Z. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Opmaken van technische calculaties en offertes
  • Uittekenen van legplannen en bieden van technisch advies aan klanten
  • Opvolgen van projecten van aanvraag tot afwerking
  • Beheer van aankoopdossiers en leverancierscontacten
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, levertermijnen en voorwaarden
  • Opstellen en verwerken van bestellingen
  • Adviseren van klanten via telefoon en e-mail
  • Beantwoorden van technische vragen en bieden van een uitstekende service

Jouw profiel

  • Technische achtergrond (HVAC, energietechnieken, installatietechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Eerste ervaring in een technische binnendienst is een plus, maar ook juniors zijn welkom
  • Technisch inzicht en planlezen
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en leergierig
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands, basis Frans; Engels is een plus
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en interesse in digitale tools
  • Hands-on ingesteld en een echte teamspeler
