Momenteel gaan ze op zoek naar een Internal Sales Medewerker.

FUNCTIE

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon, mail en andere communicatiekanalen.
  • Je biedt software support vanuit kantoor en indien nodig on-site bij klanten of collega’s.
  • Je analyseert en lost technische problemen met producten of diensten efficiënt op.
  • Je zorgt voor een positieve en professionele klantbeleving bij elk contactmoment.
  • Je werkt samen met installateurs om complexe technische vragen op te lossen.
  • Je documenteert oplossingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je identificeert verbeterkansen in processen en denkt actief mee over optimalisatie.
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële binnendienst met technische expertise waar nodig.
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis van ICT en technische affiniteit.
  • Je hebt commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in een binnendienstfunctie.
  • Kennis van toegangscontrole of automatiseringssystemen is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert helder en professioneel.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je hebt goede PC-vaardigheden en beheerst MS Office vlot.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en ziet opportuniteiten in elke situatie.
