Als Technisch Klantenadviseur beantwoordt je technische vragen, bied je een luisterend oor bij problemen en zorg je voor "first time right". Jij weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk een betrouwbare verbinding met internet, televisie en goede mobiele bereikbaarheid vandaag is voor onze klanten. Je begrijpt dus dat elk telefoontje telt. Routinevragen worden door een extern team afgehandeld. Jij komt in beeld wanneer dat extra inzicht en expertise nodig zijn.

Jouw takenpakket als Technische Klantendienstmedewerker:

  • Je helpt klanten telefonisch verder en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gehoord voelen.
  • Je lost technische problemen op en geeft handige tips.
  • Je denkt strategisch mee en maakt klanten wegwijs in onze producten en diensten.
  • Je adviseert een extra pakket, upgrade of een minder uitgebreide formule als dat beter aansluit bij de klant.
  • Je bent de stem van de klant binnen onze organisatie. Je signaleert veelgestelde vragen en structurele verbeterpunten en doet optimalisatievoorstellen. Zo werk je mee aan duurzame oplossingen voor alle klanten.

  • Logisch redeneervermogen en denkt digital first
  • Je kritische blik zet complexe problemen om in heldere oplossingen
  • Empathisch, klantgericht en communicatief
  • Gezond verstand en technisch inzicht wegen zwaarder dan een diploma, hoewel een technische achtergrond een mooie aanvulling is
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar durft ook de hulp van collega's in te roepen
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Bereid om tussen 8:00 en 20:00 uur te werken
  • Beschikbaar om op 2 november 2026 te starten
