Der Unternehmensbereich BAND der voestalpine Stahl GmbH besteht aus Walz-, Verzinkungs-, Glüh- und Beschichtungsanlagen und erzeugt qualitativ hochwertige, warm- und kaltgewalzte, verzinkte und organisch beschichtete Flachprodukte. Zu unseren Kund:innen zählen die Automobil-, Elektro-, Hausgeräte- und Bauindustrie, mit denen auch gemeinsam die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte forciert wird.

Die Qualitätslenkung ist verantwortlich für die Qualitätsplanung, d. h. Vorgabe und Überwachung von Fertigungsbedingungen, die Begleitung und Auswertung von Betriebsversuchen sowie die Betreuung von Kund:innen in technischen Belangen, die Analyse von Fehlern und Festlegung von Abstellmaßnahmen sowie die Reklamationsbearbeitung.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Technische Kund:innenbetreuung

* Anfragebearbeitung & Machbarkeitsprüfung

* Reklamationsmanagement

* Teamarbeit & Projektmitarbeit

* Probelieferungen koordinieren

* Werkstoffzulassungen begleiten

* Produktoptimierung mitgestalten

Ihr Profil

* Technische Ausbildung

* Hohe Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft

* Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Mut zu verantwortungsvollen Entscheidungen

* Strukturierter, selbstständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil

* Teamfähigkeit

* Verhandlungsgeschick, vor allem bei technischen Themen

* Reisebereitschaft

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil

Vergütung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt bei HTL-Abschluss € 3.396,21 brutto (14 mal p.a.) und bei einem Master-Abschluss € 4.445,95 brutto (14 mal p.a.) zuzüglich Zulagen. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
