Dann bewerben Sie sich bei uns - wir suchen ab sofort eine technische Leitung in der BOE Wien. 1 Technische Leitung (CTO) (m/w/x) in der BOE Wien / Vollzeit Einstellung: Vollzeit (40h)

Gehalt: Monatsbruttogehalt von € 6.200,- mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Hauptverantwortung für die technische Ausstattung der Garagen (technologische Ausrichtung, Produktentwicklung, Innovationen, Budget)

* Gesetzeskonformer Betrieb der Garagen und Immobilien (Wartungen, Prüfungen, Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung, §82b-Überprüfungen), B1300/1301

* Disziplinarische Leitung des technischen Teams

* Instandhaltung und Sanierung der baulichen und technischen Anlagen in Garagen

* Verantwortlich für die Erweiterung der E-Mobilität und Automatisierung im Unternehmen

* Aufbau eines KPI-Sets mit regelmäßigem Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Sie sind bei uns richtig, wenn ...

* Sie bereits eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität ...), bestenfalls mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Bau oder Facility Management, mitbringen.

* Sie eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als technischer Leiter mit Führungserfahrung vorweisen.

* Sie einen hohen Grad an Affinität in den Bereichen EDV, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung aufweisen.

* Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Stressresistenz und ein gesamtwirtschaftliches Verständnis Ihr Profil abrundet.

* Sie mit Vorschriften und Rechtsicherheiten im Bereich Facility Management vertraut sind.
