Je helpt bewoners door ervoor te zorgen dat reparaties goed en op tijd worden geregeld. Zo draag je bij aan veilige en fijne woningen. Dat geeft rust, elke dag weer. Bij Eigen Haard werk je aan buurten waar mensen naar elkaar omkijken. Meer dan 100.000 bewoners hebben hier een thuis. Samen zorgen we dat het wonen goed geregeld is. Als Technisch Ondersteuner Reparatieverzoek speel je daarin een belangrijke rol. Je werkt in een organisatie waar collega's elkaar helpen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Er is ruimte om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Ook kun je rekenen op flexibele werktijden en een fijne werkplek. Werk je graag aan het goed laten verlopen van reparatieverzoeken? En krijg je energie van samenwerken en overzicht houden? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou als onze nieuwe: Technisch Ondersteuner Reparatieverzoek Amsterdam - 36 uur per week Dit is jouw baan Als Technisch Ondersteuner Reparatieverzoek ben je de spil in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de keten Ik heb een Reparatieverzoek. Vragen van collega's beantwoord je, technische verzoeken beoordeel je en orders maak je aan. Zo zorg je dat de administratie klopt en het werk goed doorloopt. Offertes, orders, opdrachtbrieven en contracten controleer en registreer je in de systemen. Opdrachten stel je op in overleg met opzichters voor adviseurs en bouwpartijen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met opzichters en collega's, zowel binnen als buiten de keten. Ook onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en bewaak je afspraken en voortgang. Je werkt vooral op kantoor en af en toe doe je een inspectie op locatie bij reparatieverzoeken. De kwaliteit houd je scherp in de gaten en je denkt actief mee over verbet...
