Voor een gekend internationaal bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven operator die ons team in Lebbeke wil komen versterken!

Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw dag als operator eruit? Als operator ben jij samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere productielijnen. Je volgt de productie nauwkeurig op en zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteitsparameters steeds worden nageleefd. Daarnaast stuur je de productie waar nodig bij en los je technische storingen op met jouw technische kennis. Jij zorgt er elke dag voor dat alles veilig en hygiënisch verloopt! Tenslotte signaleer je ook verbeteringen en doe je voorstellen om processen te optimaliseren.

Hoe ziet onze ideale operator eruit?

  • Je hebt een technisch A2-diploma of een bachelordiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt idealiter een eerste ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, netheid en veiligheid
  • Je beschikt over doorzettingsvermogen en bent leergierig
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem (nacht-laat-vroeg) in een 38-urenweek (ma-vr)
