Ben jij iemand die techniek, productie en kwaliteit graag combineert in een praktische functie? Wil je niet uitsluitend achter een computer zitten, maar ook actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer? Dan biedt deze rol een mooie combinatie van analyse, probleemoplossing en procesverbetering!

Als Technical Quality Officer vorm je de schakel tussen productie, engineering, productontwikkeling en kwaliteit. Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsvraagstukken, voert metingen en controles uit en draagt bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van producten en processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bewaken van product- en proceskwaliteit en toezien op de correcte toepassing van kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Onderzoeken van kwaliteitsproblemen, uitvoeren van analyses en identificeren van de onderliggende oorzaken.
  • Opstellen en verbeteren van inspectie-, controle- en meetmethodes.
  • Uitwerken van werkinstructies en standaardprocedures.
  • Opvolgen van afwijkingen en ondersteunen van corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van meetmiddelen en kalibraties.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continuous improvement-initiatieven en 5S-projecten.
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van operatoren en kwaliteitsmedewerkers inzake kwaliteitsvereisten en meetmethodes.
  • Ondersteunen van testopstellingen, proefproducties en validaties.
  • Toepassen van kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals PFMEA, SPC en Root Cause Analysis om processen structureel te verbeteren.

Jouw profiel

  • Bacheloropleiding in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, mechanica, productontwikkeling, industriële wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, engineering of een productieomgeving.
  • Sterke interesse in techniek, productieprocessen en kwaliteitsverbetering.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in probleemoplossend denken.
  • Praktisch ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de productievloer.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en voldoende communicatief in het Engels.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en bereid om eigenaarschap op te nemen.
  • Teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals FMEA, SPC, RCA en/of 5S vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
