Die BAV Batterie Vertrieb GmbH steht seit vielen Jahrzehnten für Erfahrung und Kompetenz rund um Batterien und Akkus. Mit dem größten Batterielager in Kärnten und dem flächendeckendsten Sortiment an Batterien und Akkus in Kärnten und Osttirol führen wir auch seltene Typen, die anderswo nicht lagernd sind.

Für unseren Standort in Klagenfurt suchen wir eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne vielseitig arbeitet: von der Fachberatung unserer Firmen- und Privatkunden (m/w/d) über Serviceleistungen wie die Prüfung und den Einbau von Batterien bis zu administrativen Aufgaben im Innendienst. Bei Bedarf übernehmen Sie auch Zustellungen und Abholungen direkt bei unseren Kunden (m/w/d). 1 Technische:r Allrounder (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Fachberatung: Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Firmen- und Privatkunden in allen Fragen rund um Batterien und Akkus: von Motorrad-, Auto- und Schiffsbatterien und LiFePO4 über Industrie- und Staplerbatterien bis zu Akkus für den Elektrobereich, etwa für Notstromaggregate, und vieles mehr.

* Verkauf: Bedarfsermittlung, Angebotserstellung und Verkaufsabwicklung, persönlich und telefonisch

* Service: Prüfung von Batterien und Einbau von Autobatterien direkt bei uns am Standort

* Entsorgung: Erstellung von EDM-Meldungen (eBegleitscheine) für die Abholung von Altbatterien

* Innendienst: Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Kasse, Tourenplanung mit unseren Fahrer:innen und Organisation des Paketversands

* Weiteres: Reklamationsbearbeitung, Mithilfe bei der Inventur, Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung

* Logistik (gelegentlich): Zustellungen und Abholung von Altbatterien bei Kunden

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise Elektrotechnik oder Kfz-Bereich (Kfz-Technik, Mechatronik oder Ähnliches)

* Grundwissen zu Batterien, Ladetechnik und elektrischen Systemen von Vorteil, noch wichtiger sind uns aber Interesse und der Wunsch, schnell Neues zu lernen

* Freude am Kundenkontakt

* Erfahrung in Kundenberatung oder Verkauf von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein B, Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Verlässlichkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Handelsbetrieben, Beschäftigungsgruppe C. Der angegebene Betrag ist das Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung sind wir bereit, mehr zu bezahlen.
