Mit nächstmöglichem Start suchen wir für unsere Obertauern Hotels einen erfahrenen Technische_n Leiter_in, mit folgenden Aufgaben:

* Gesamtverantwortung für alle Instandhaltungsprozesse in drei Valamar-Hotels am Standort Obertauern gemäß den Unternehmenszielen, KPIs und Qualitätsstandards

* Erstellung und Umsetzung eines ganzheitlichen Wartungsplans für alle drei Objekte unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Kontrolle und Optimierung der Instandhaltungskosten

* Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Abteilung; aktive Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl, Einarbeitung und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeitenden

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hoteldirektionen sowie den zentralen Fachabteilungen der Valamar-Gruppe zur Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Standards und Prozesse

* Kommunikation und Kooperation mit externen Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Vertragspartnern

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung sämtlicher gesetzlicher Vorgaben im Bereich des technischen Gebäudemanagements

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (z. B. Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau o. ä.); weiterführende technische Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil

* Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in leitender Funktion im Bereich Instandhaltung - idealerweise in der Hotellerie

* Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängiger betrieblicher Software

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2); Kroatischkenntnisse sind ein Plus

* Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenz

* Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, unternehmerisches Denken sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln

* Umfassendes Verständnis technischer Hotelsysteme (z. B. Elektroinstallationen, Heizung, Lüftung, Pools, Küchentechnik, WLAN, Telekommunikation, Abfallmanagement usw.)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten österreichischen Rechtsvorschriften

* Führerschein B erforderlich
