Zur Verstärkung unseres Verkaufsteams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Klagenfurt: 2 TECHNISCHE:R MITARBEITER:IN (M/W/X) IM VERTRIEBSINNENDIENST Klagenfurt Vollzeit (m/w/d)

ab August 2026

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Technische Ausarbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Projekten

* Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen

* Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen vom Auftrag bis zur Auslieferung

* Technische Prüfung und Klärung offener Punkte mit Kund:innen

* Erstellung von Auftrags- und Bestellbestätigungen

* Beratung und Betreuung unserer B2B-Kund:innen per Telefon und Mail

* Abstimmung komplexer technischer Anfragen mit internen Fachabteilungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsaußendienst, Technik, Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf

* Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Termine sowie Weitergabe relevanter Informationen

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik

* Fähigkeit, technische Pläne zu lesen und zu verstehen

* Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen

* Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Projekttechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise MS Dynamics/Navision, von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in AutoCAD oder Plancal von Vorteil

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
