Ein Umzug nach Österreich wäre wünschenswert; projektbezogene Reisen innerhalb Europas sind Teil der Rolle. Gesucht wird ein technischer Projektleiter, der komplexe Medientechnikprojekte von Planung über Beschaffung, Installation und Abnahme führt. 1 Technische_r Projektleiter_in Medientechnik / Attraktionen START September 2026

AUFGABEN

* Gesamtkoordination der technischen Bereiche: AV, Show Control, Audio, Video, Projektion, Interaktion, Netzwerk sowie Schnittstellen zu Bau, Elektro und Mechanik.

* Steuerung von Terminplan, Kosten, Qualität und Schnittstellen mit internen Teams, Kunden, Lieferanten und lokalen Gewerken.

* Leitung von Site Visits, Kick-offs, Installationsphasen, Tagesmeetings, FAT / SAT, Punch Lists und technischen Übergaben.

* Prüfung von Angeboten, Spezifikationen, Layouts, Planungsrevisionen, Stücklisten und Abnahmedokumentation.

* Risiken erkennen, priorisieren, eskalieren und praktische Lösungen umsetzen.

* Kundenkommunikation, Protokolle, Statusberichte und Entscheidungsunterlagen auf Englisch / Deutsch.

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Erfahrung als Technischer Projektleiter, AV Project Manager, Technical Manager oder Lead Engineer.

* Breites Verständnis von AV-Systemen, Show Control, Media-Servern, Projektion / Displaytechnik, Audio, Netzwerk, Elektroschnittstellen und Installation.

* Fähigkeit, technische Planung in realistische Baustellenabläufe zu übersetzen und Gewerke zu koordinieren.

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Terminplänen, To-dos, Protokollen, Kostenbewusstsein und verlässlicher Nachverfolgung.

* Souveräne Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Site-Teams; lösungsorientiert unter Zeitdruck.

* Sehr gutes Englisch; Deutsch von Vorteil. Hohe Reisebereitschaft in Europa.

VON VORTEIL

* Erfahrung mit Freizeitparks, Museen, immersiven Installationen, Themed Entertainment, Flying Theaters, 4D/5D-Kinos oder interaktiven Attraktionen.

* AutoCAD / Vectorworks, MS Project / Smartsheet, Jira / Confluence, AVIXA / CTS oder vergleichbare Standards.

* Grundverständnis von CE, Sicherheitsprozessen, Abnahmen, Dokumentation und Dauerbetrieb.

* Basis Österreich / Projektstandorte in Europa; Reise, Unterkunft und Spesen nach Vereinbarung.

* Wettbewerbsfähige Vergütung je nach Erfahrung; Gehaltsrahmen wird ergänzt.
