Stellenbeschreibung WHAT IF your work turned knowledge into lasting impact?

Technisches Wissen entfaltet erst dann Wirkung, wenn es verstanden und sicher angewendet werden kann. Genau dafür sorgst du in dieser Rolle.

Du übersetzt komplexe technische Inhalte in klare, strukturierte und praxisnahe Produktdokumentationen. Dabei begleitest du unsere Produkte von der ersten Idee über die Entwicklung bis zu ihrem weltweiten Einsatz auf der Baustelle.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

* Du erstellst und pflegst technische Produktdokumentationen und bereitest komplexe Inhalte mit Text und Bild klar, strukturiert und anwenderfreundlich auf. * Du recherchierst technische Informationen, strukturierst die relevanten Inhalte und stimmst sie mit unseren Fachexpert:innen ab. * Als festes Teammitglied in Entwicklungs- und Innovationsprojekten bringst du die Perspektive der technischen Dokumentation frühzeitig ein. * Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg aus Entwicklung und Produktmanagement zusammen, sowohl national als auch in einem globalen Umfeld. * Du wirkst aktiv an der Einführung unseres neuen Redaktionssystems mit und bringst deine Anforderungen und Ideen in die Gestaltung zukünftiger Prozesse und Workflows ein. * Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du Methoden, Standards und digitale Tools kontinuierlich weiter. * Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Redaktion als globale Serviceorganisation.

Qualifikationen Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise HTL, FH oder Universität, idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Erste Berufserfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Aufgabengebiet * Erste Erfahrung mit Redaktionssystemen sowie gängigen Textverarbeitungs- und Grafikprogrammen sind von Vorteil * Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte logisch, präzise und verständlich aufzubereiten * Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit * Interesse an neuen Softwarelösungen, digitalen Tools und der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Arbeitsweisen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse auf B1-/B2-Niveau

Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) 48.920 EUR.
