Wir suchen 1 Technische Sachbearbeitung im Kundenservice (Innendienst) Ort: STRASSER Steine GmbH, Steinstraße 1, 4113 St. Martin im Mühlkreis

Stunden: 40

Deine Aufgaben:

* Sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Kunden- bzw. Händleranfragen

* Lösungsorientierte Beratung hinsichtlich Produkteigenschaften (Reinigung, Pflege, Imprägnierung hochwertiger Küchenarbeitsplatten aus Naturstein, Keramik und Alpinova)

* Erstellung und Abwicklung von Serviceaufträgen

* Aufbereitung aller nötigen Unterlagen für die weitere Bearbeitung durch die Service-Techniker

* Proaktive Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung (z.B. Ausbau der Programm-Unterstützung, Aktualität von Schulungsunterlagen, Ausarbeitung von Vorlagen, Standards und Dokumentationen, etc.)

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene gewerbliche Berufsausbildung (z.B. Steinmetz, Tischler, Oberflächentechniker, etc.) mit kaufmännischem Interesse bzw. Verständnis oder Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit sehr guten Umgangsformen

* Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und Flexibilität

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Office 365)
