De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Technische Sales Binnendienst

  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten via telefoon en mail
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor elektrotechnische producten
  • Adviseren van klanten over prijzen, producten en levertermijnen
  • Verwerken van aanvragen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen
  • Opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties binnen de industriële markt
  • Meedenken over commerciële opportuniteiten en oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een gestructureerde en efficiënte verwerking van dossiers
