Je zal aan de slag gaan in een Belgische onderneming die gespecialiseerd is in het produceren van teflonslangen. Dit eindproduct wordt in meer dan 50 landen aangeboden.

Je krijgt een plekje op het eiland, waardoor je in nauw contact met je collega's staat. Er heerst hier dan ook een open communicatie cultuur.

Een greep uit jouw toekomstig takenpakket?

  • Met jouw schat aan technische kennis fungeer je als adviseur en help je de klanten zowel telefonisch als per mail verder.
  • Je bent als geen ander op de hoogte van de levertijden en koppelt dit tijdig terug naar de klant
  • Je maakt de offertes op en zorgt dat de orders worden ingegeven in het systeem. Dit gebeurt in Navision.
  • Wanneer er klachten binnenkomen, treed jij in dialoog met de klant om samen tot een gepaste oplossing te komen.
  • Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor, je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst verkoop en de planningsafdeling.

Met jouw goesting en enthousiasme trek je mee de kar. jouw visie wordt dan ook zeer gewaardeerd.

  • Je helpt en begeleid collega's verder. Jouw voorgaande ervaring in een commerciële en/of technische functie is dus een grote meerwaarde
  • Kennis van Navision is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan naast het Nederlands klanten ook telefonisch verder helpen in het Duits, Engels en Frans.
