Ben jij een gedreven accountmanager met technische kennis en passie voor verwarmingsinstallaties? In deze rol ben je actief in een West-Vlaamse regio afhankelijk van je woonplaats en draag je bij aan het succes van een dynamisch bedrijf in de verwarmings/ventilatiesector.

Als tecchnische sales ben je verantwoordelijk voor het promoten van het productgamma bij installateurs, variërend van eenmanszaken tot grote installatiebedrijven. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, bespreekt offertes, introduceert nieuwe producten en biedt eerstelijnshulp bij klachten. Daarnaast besteed je circa 20% van je tijd aan het actief zoeken naar nieuwe klanten (prospectie). Je werkt in de buitendienst met ondersteuning van de binnendienst en rapporteert aan de verkoopspromotor.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Promoten van het productgamma bij installateurs in de regio
  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties, inclusief offertebesprekingen
  • Eerstelijnshulp bieden bij klachten
  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten benaderen (20% van de tijd)
  • Rapporteren aan de verkoopspromotor en samenwerken met binnendienst

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Technische opleiding of ervaring in elektromechanica, klimatisatie of verwante sector
  • Ervaring met warmtepompen, gasketels en warmteafgiftsystemen
  • Commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden met proactieve werkhouding
