Functieomschrijving: Als technische supportmedewerker bij Esders in Tilburg ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over onze producten. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn onder andere: - Het direct ondersteunen van onze Nederlandse klanten via telefoon, apps of e-mail. - Proactief klanten informeren en adviseren door regelmatig contact te onderhouden. Uitdagingen in de functie: - Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de klantvragen en streeft altijd naar de beste oplossing. - Je verzorgt de logistieke aspecten rondom het ophalen en verzenden van apparatuur naar onze serviceafdeling in Duitsland. - Je biedt ondersteuning bij zowel hardware als software en adviseert over updates. - Je zorgt ervoor dat handleidingen up-to-date blijven. - Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met het hoofdkantoor. - Je ondersteunt bij het plannen van service, onderhoud en reparaties. - Je beheert de ontvangst en uitgifte van leen- en huurapparatuur. - Je verstrekt informatie over producten, diensten, prijzen en leveringsvoorwaarden. Vereiste vaardigheden en competenties: - Technisch inzicht met een onderzoekende houding. - Goede organisatorische vaardigheden. - Technische opleiding op MBO+ niveau. - Ervaring in een technische of organisatorische rol, bijvoorbeeld in Inside Sales. - Zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht werken. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Woonachtig in Midden-Brabant.
