Voor de regio Vlaams-Brabant en Oost-Vlaanderen zijn wij op zoek naar een Technische trainer die onze medewerkers technisch opleidt en ondersteunt.Wij zijn de grootste onafhankelijke Belgische verdeler en onderhoudspartner van A-merk hef- en magazijntrucks. Met een hechte crew van techniekers zorgen we dat duizenden bedrijven elke dag probleemloos draaien. We combineren een moderne werkplaats en topmateriaal met korte lijnen, veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief. Ons bedrijf is stabiel, volop in groei en heeft een hart voor mensen én machines.

Takenpakket

  • Je geeft technische trainingen aan techniekers, service support en partners, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je bouwt trainingsmachines op, bereidt materiaal voor en zorgt dat elke opleiding vlot verloopt.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij complexe storingen of diagnoses, telefonisch en ter plaatse.
  • Je houdt technische informatie actueel en deelt updates of modificaties met het hele team.
  • Je werkt samen met fabrikanten om kennis up-to-date te houden en nieuwe producten te leren kennen.
  • Je vertaalt technische info naar begrijpelijke taal en helpt collega’s groeien in hun vak.

Profiel

Profiel

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (automechanica of gelijkaardig) of ruime ervaring als technieker/technisch expert.
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie en legt complexe materie eenvoudig uit.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, blijft rustig onder druk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent klant- en servicegericht, flexibel en hebt een groot empathisch vermogen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans – zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • Ook als je nog geen formele opleiding gevolgd hebt maar wel over technische ervaring beschikt: met onze interne opleiding word je snel een volwaardige trainer.
