Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de verkoop van bouwbeslag, gereedschappen en technische materialen. Vanuit verschillende vestigingen in Vlaanderen ondersteunen zij zowel professionele klanten als particulieren met technisch advies en kwaliteitsvolle producten. Voor de vestiging in regio Gent zoeken ze een Technisch Verkoper die klantgericht werkt en technisch advies combineert met commerciële feeling.

Jobomschrijving

Heb je technische kennis én help je graag klanten verder met professioneel advies? Zoek je een afwisselende functie waarbij verkoop, klantencontact en productkennis centraal staan? Dan is deze job als Technisch Verkoper iets voor jou.

Als Technisch Verkoper zorg je voor een vlotte service en begeleid je klanten bij hun aankopen. Je komt terecht in een technische winkelomgeving waar teamwork, klantgerichtheid en expertise belangrijk zijn.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Onthalen en verder helpen van klanten in de winkel
  • Geven van technisch advies over gereedschappen, beslag en technische producten
  • Informeren van klanten over prijzen en levertermijnen
  • Inspelen op de behoeften van klanten en meedenken over geschikte oplossingen
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette en professionele winkelpresentatie
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken verbonden aan verkoop en bestellingen
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking van de winkel
  • Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe producten en technische evoluties binnen gereedschappen en bouwbeslag
  • Opleiding in een technische richting
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een technische of commerciële omgeving
  • Sterke kennis van technische producten, gereedschappen of bouwbeslag
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en klantgerichte aanpak
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Interesse in technische verkoop en technisch advies
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken én goed functioneren binnen een team
