Als technisch werkleider zorg je voor een efficiënt en effectief productieproces waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit centraal staan. Je combineert een sterke technische interesse met een hands-on mentaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark goed onderhouden, veilig en productieklaar is.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor het opstarten en aansturen van verschillende productielijnen waar we droge voedingsproducten (poeders, zaden, bessen,…) en vloeibare producten (kokosolie) mixen, afvullen en (her)verpakken;
  • Je begeleid de product- en/of verpakkingswissels zo vlot en efficiënt mogelijk;
  • Je spoort technische problemen zelfstandig op, analyseert de oorzaak en zorgt waar mogelijk zelf voor een passende oplossing..
  • Je voert de kwaliteitscontroles nauwgezet uit, registreert de resultaten correct en volgt de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en IFS-procedures zorgvuldig op.
  • Je stelt in samenspraak met de collega’s een onderhoudsplanning op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je ziet toe op de goede werking, veiligheid en netheid van de machines en de productieomgeving.
  • Is gedreven door techniek en krijgt energie van het onderhouden, afstellen en verbeteren van machines.
  • Heeft een technisch diploma en/of ervaring in een productieomgeving, ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt zich aan de gemaakte onderhoudsplanning.
  • Hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Kan zelfstandig problemen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Kan het hoofd koel houden bij onverwachte technische problemen.
