Ben jij een technisch werkvoorbereider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt én overzicht weet te houden? Vind je het leuk om onderhoud te organiseren, verbeteringen door te voeren en een team aan te sturen? Dan is deze functie in Yerseke iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, plannen en optimaliseren van het technische onderhoud binnen de productieomgeving. Je bent niet alleen bezig met de voorbereiding, maar bent ook regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig om processen te beoordelen en collega's te ondersteunen. Je bent een echte verbinder tussen techniek en praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met de Operations Manager en begeleidt technische projecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering. Daarnaast stuur je een klein team van monteurs aan en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden efficiënt en veilig worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Opstellen, implementeren en bewaken van het onderhoudsprogramma voor de productielijnen. Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van technische monteurs. Technisch voorbereiden en begeleiden van nieuwe projecten. Analyseren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen op mechanisch en elektrotechnisch gebied. Coördineren van materialen, gereedschappen en de onderhoudsplanning. Signaleren van verbeterpunten en adviseren van het management over onderhoud en procesoptimalisatie. Wat kun jij? Jij bent praktisch ingesteld en voelt je net zo thuis op de werkvloer als achter je computer. Je houdt ervan om technische uitdagingen op te lossen en weet plannen om te zetten in concrete acties. Daarnaast beschik je over: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving. Kennis van zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische installaties. Ervaring met onderhoudsplanning en preventief onderhoud. Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van een technisch team. Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. Een proactieve,

oplossingsgerichte instelling en het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Wat krijg je?
