Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Wien Technischer Einkäufer im Projektgeschäft - Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (m/w/d) zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt. 1 Technischer Einkäufer im Projektgeschäft - Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (m/w/d) Region: Wien

Dienstort: Wien

Aufgabenbereich:

- Eigenverantwortliches Abwickeln von Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren nach ÖNORM A 2050

- Beschaffung von TGA - Leistungen im Projektgeschäft

- Vergleichen / Prüfen von Angeboten und führen von Bietergesprächen

- Bearbeitung / Prüfung von Zusatzleistungen und Nachtragsangeboten

- Erste Ansprechperson für Projektleiter/innen, Fachabteilungen und Auftragnehmer/innen

- Durchführung und Pflege der Lieferantenauswahl in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam

- Vertragsgestaltung und Berücksichtigung von Folgekosten (Life Cycle)

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Fachschule, HTL)

- Berufserfahrung im Projekteinkauf und technischer Kompetenz

- Dynamische Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft für berufliche Weiterentwicklung und Lernbereitschaft

- Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP von Vorteil)

- Kenntnisse Bundesvergabegesetz BVergG wünschenswert

- Eigeninitiatives und lösungsorientiertes Handeln in komplexen Situationen

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Wir bieten:

Für diese Position gilt folgende Mindestentlohnung: 4.371,19 € brutto pro Monat

Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche
