Dein Aufgabengebiet

*Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Bieterlisten mit qualifizierten Lieferant:innen sowie Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsauswertungen, Erstellung von Vergabeempfehlungen und Abwicklung von Bestellungen für projektbezogene Zukaufspakete

*Vorbereitung und eigenständige Durchführung von Preis-, Vertrags- und Claimverhandlungen mit Lieferant:innen

*Steuerung des Lieferantenmanagements inklusive Bewertung, Weiterentwicklung und strategischem Beschaffungsmarketing

*Entwicklung und Umsetzung projektspezifischer Beschaffungsstrategien sowie Bündelung von Bedarfen zur Nutzung von Synergieeffekten

*Enge und proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und kaufmännischen Projektteams sowie weiteren internen Stakeholdern

*Sicherstellung einer transparenten Projektsteuerung durch kontinuierliche Dokumentation und Berichterstattung zu Vergabestatistiken, Budgetabweichungen, Risiken und Chancen

*Aktive Mitarbeit und Unterstützung in Vorprojekten

*Kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Bewertung relevanter Markt- und Branchentrends

*Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Modernisierung von Prozessen mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Reduktion von Schnittstellen

*Identifikation, Analyse und Erschließung neuer Beschaffungsmärkte außerhalb Europas

Das bringst du mit

*Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

*Berufserfahrung in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Projektumfeld, idealerweise im Industrieanlagenbau oder Maschinenbau

*Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

*Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

*SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

*Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (ca. 20 %)
