Als bestens etabliertes Ingenieur- und Anlagenbau-Unternehmen mit Sitz in Salzburg, errichten wir seit mehr als 50 Jahren weltweit chemische Anlagen. Unser Unternehmen wächst kontinuierlich - deshalb möchten wir unsere Abteilung Einkauf und Logistik weiter ausbauen und suchen engagierte Verstärkung. 1 Technischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) Was erwartet Sie?

Als technische_r Einkäufer_in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Abwicklung unserer Einkaufs- und Logistikprozesse. Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Abteilungen sowie internationalen Lieferanten zusammen und tragen maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Projekte bei.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen insbesondere:

* Einkauf von Maschinen und Teilen sowie Dienstleistungen

* Einkauf und Organisation der Logistik (Lagerung, Verpackung und Versand)

* Steuerung und Verwaltung von Verträgen in den wesentlichen Beschaffungsthemen (Liefer- und Transportverträge, Garantien, Versicherungen)

* Bearbeitung von Akkreditiven und Bankgarantien im Rahmen von Kundenaufträgen

* Kaufmännische Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten

* Qualitative und quantitative Optimierung der Lieferantenbasis

* Selbständige Abwicklung des operativen Schriftverkehrs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HAS, Studium, etc.)

* Mindestens einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise mit Export-Know-how (vorzugsweise im Anlagenbau oder Maschinenhandel)

* Technisches Verständnis von Vorteil (z. B. Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik)

* Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik (z. B. Versand von Materialien, Maschinen und Anlagen)

* Prozessorientiertes Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen wie Italienisch von Vorteil)

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit BMD von Vorteil

Das mindestkollektivvertragliche Gehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag Information & Consulting, Verwendungsgruppe IV. Für die ausgeschriebene Position ist ein Bruttojahresgehalt von rund EUR 50.400,- vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
