Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach 1 Technischer Innendienst für Lüftung/Klima/Kälteanlagen (m/w/d) Wir suchen für unseren Standort in 2362 Biedermannsdorf

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Planung, Berechnung und Kalkulation von Service- und Reparaturangeboten

* Begleitung der Projekte während der gesamten Umsetzungsphase

* Auftragsbearbeitung sowie Abrechnungsabwicklung

* Ersatzteilbestimmung und Beschaffung

* Beratung der Kunden über Optimierungspotenzial

* Auslegung von Kälte & Klima- Projekten für Kund_innen

* telefonische Beratung und Support der eigenen Servicetechniker_innen und Kund_innen bei Störmeldungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Techniker_innn, Servicetechniker_innn sowie Lieferant_innen

* Unterstützung in der Betreuung unserer Kund_innen

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Lehre, HTL) im Bereich Kälte-/Klimatechnik

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kältetechnik von Vorteil

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit luft- und wassergekühlten Kaltwassersätzen

* Kenntnisse in der Steuer- und Regelungstechnik

* Sicherheits- und Dienstleistungsgedanke

* Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Engagement, Teamgeist sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft

* Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Entlohnung:

Das Gehalt wird das jährliche KV-Mindestentgelt der Metallbranche übersteigen, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung und orientiert sich am derzeitigen Arbeitsmarkt.
