IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL, Fachschule, Lehre mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, technischen Service, Kundendienst oder in der

Mechatronik

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen

Kunden

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Technische Betreuung und Beratung unserer internationalen Kunden und unserer Niederlassungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Support

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von Serviceanfragen, Reparaturaufträgen und Ersatzteilanfragen

* Unterstützung bei der Optimierung bestehender Anlagen sowie bei technischen Verbesserungs- und

Retrofitprojekten

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Serviceprozessen, Dokumentationen, internen Abläufen und digitalen

ARBEITSORT: Wels-Land

ARBEITSBEGINN: Ab sofort

ENTGELT: Eine adäquate Bezahlung ist abhängig von der jeweiligen Branche sowie Ausbildung, Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung der BewerberInnen, somit ist eine Überzahlung des Mindestgehaltes von monatlich brutto EUR 3.100,- auf Basis Vollzeit für diese Stelle gegeben.
