Unser Kunde HEDENIK Spenglerei und Dachdeckungs GmbH steht seit 40 Jahren für Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und fachliches Know-how in der Baubranche. Mit rund 20 Mitarbeitern ist HEDENIK regional stark verwurzelt und verbindet professionelles Arbeiten mit einem familiären Miteinander.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Projekte gerne von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung begleitet, den Überblick behält und gemeinsam mit dem Team anpackt.

Wobei HEDENIK Deine Unterstützung benötigt:

* Kundenberatung & Angebotserstellung: Technische Beratung, Kalkulation & Erstellung von Angeboten sowie durchgängige Kundenbetreuung inkl. Reklamationsmanagement

* Arbeitsvorbereitung & Ressourcenplanung: Aufmaß, Materialbestellung, Koordination von Mitarbeitern & Ressourcen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Bauüberwachung & Qualitätssicherung: Aktive Baustellen- & Projektbetreuung zur Sicherstellung fachgerechter Ausführung & hoher Qualitätsstandards

* Teamführung: Fachliche Führung & Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im täglichen Projektgeschäft

* Prozessentwicklung: Aktive Mitgestaltung & Optimierung von Abläufen & Unternehmensstrukturen

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Meisterbrief im Spengler- oder Dachdeckerhandwerk

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Praxis, technisches Know-how & gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen & Vorgaben

* Digitale Kompetenz & sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen (Z-Kalk von Vorteil)

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Geschick in der Teamkoordination

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
