In der abwechslungsreichen Funktion als Betriebsführer_in im technischen Gebäudemanagement sind Sie für die Betreuung von einem unserer Großkunden in Linz verantwortlich und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, Ihren gewerblichen Mitarbeiter_innen und unseren Partnerunternehmen sowie Ihren Vorgesetzten. Sie überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie durch Ihr unternehmerisches Denken und Ihre Kostenkompetenz.

WOMIT SIE UNS BEGEISTERN KÖNNEN

* abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise in der Elektrotechnik oder Installationstechnik (LAP - mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, Meister o.ä.)

* Berufs- und Führungserfahrung

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Haus- und Sicherheitstechnik

* Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten, Elektroanlagenverantwortlicher oder Sicherheitsfachkraft von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke und Hands on Mentalität in Englisch sowie Deutsch

* Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS

* Erster Ansprechpartner für den Kunden (m/w/d)

* Teamführung, Arbeitseinteilung und Qualitätsprüfungen

* Koordination, Organisation und Begleitung der Dienstleistungen direkt beim Kunden

* Technische Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

* Monatsabschluss und Reporting

* Administrative Tätigkeiten z. B. Zeitplanerstellung, Angebotserstellung, Personalentscheidungen etc.

Der Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.800,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
